Book Boxes

All orders are processed and packed within the first week of Seasonal month for the boxes, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Individual Items

All orders are processed and packed within 72 hour of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

POSTAGE

We use Sendle and Australia Post to ship items.

The items are sent from Melbourne and delivery times will vary depending on the postcode the items are being sent to.
Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.

DELAYS AND MISSING DELIVERIES

Sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us on corinnemazilleauthor@gmail.com
